#THEPLEDGE

The environmental justice movement has come a long way since its humble beginnings in the 1970s.

Today, communities of color across the country are fighting back against the pollution, climate change, and other environmental hazards that have been inflicted upon them for far too long.

This is not a fight that can be won overnight, but we inch closer to a future where all people have the right to clean water, air, and safe housing with each passing day.

There is still much work to be done, but we remain committed to fighting environmental injustice in all its forms. We will never give up until every community has the chance to thrive.
